Rick and I headed to Denver last weekend celebrating Rick's birthday. Rick had never been and I had only been for work so it was a site seeing adventure.
Our first day we drove up to Mt Evans at 14,130 ft (thats 2.67 miles straight up!) it takes the award for highest paved road in North America. But it was 35 degrees / 4 degrees windchill / with 50 mile an hour winds at the summit!! VERY scary road but a great adventure!
