On the weekends, we like to drive out in the afternoons to find new wineries and breweries. Today we found a gem of a place in River Falls, WI called the Swinging Bridge Brewing Company.
I love doing the flights and when I saw that one of their beers had the ingredients of ghost peppers and peaches, it was on my list.
From left to right, it's the ghost pepper on the far left, the blood orange, their 4 winds ipa and at the end is the Tommy.
The ghost pepper peach was an explosion for your taste buds. I'm glad I had the balls to order it but I'd never buy a full glass of that. It's worth doing it once that's for sure.
The blood orange was also something of an experiment that is good for one try IMHO and didn't dissapoint.
For drinking the rest of the night I settled on the Tommy which is a more traditional craft beer and at 5.5% gave me that nice buzz that I enjoy without going overboard.
