We're on our typical saturday eat and drink restaurant find when we came across the Swinging Bridge Brewing Company in River Falls, WI.

It's pretty new as it just opened up in early 2017 and what a gem it is. Looking at their menu, we spotted the Irish Butter Board for an appetizer and it was amazing!

The bread is what did it for me, very hearty, hmm, I hate that word so let me say that the bread had a nice weight to it, it was warm, fresh and felt like it was hand made just for me.
